Dr Audrey Robertson-Tarugarira

Dr Audrey Robertson-Tarugarira, the Founding/Senior and Managing Partner of the Firm is a duly registered Legal Practitioner with the High Court of Zimbabwe and is a member of the Law Society of Zimbabwe and the Global Law Experts.

She has both practical and theoretical experience in the field of law. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLBS) Honors Degree from the University of Zimbabwe, a Master of Law in International Commercial Law (LLM) from the University of Salford (UK), a Master of Philosophy in Business Management Degree (MPhil) from the Universitas Catholica de Murcia (Catholic University of Spain) and holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) with the Universitas Catholica de Murcia (Catholic University of Spain).

Dr Audrey brings to the partnership a wealth of legal expertise in Real Estate advisory and planning, Investment law, Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Property Law, Conveyancing, Construction Law, Criminal Litigation, Civil Litigation and Alternative dispute resolution processes, with a particular interest in Mediation.

She started her career in the legal field as a Magistrate with the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) and rose through the ranks to become a Senior Magistrate. In February 2016 she resigned from the JSC and joined private practice.

In addition to being a duly registered member of the Law Society of Zimbabwe. She is a Board member of various Companies and Trusts. Dr Audrey is also a member of the CEO Africa Roundtable and the Global Law Experts. She is the Zimbabwe representative of the World Law Alliance group where she was recently appointed to the pioneering team members of the International Court of Mediation, responsible for international commercial dispute resolution through Mediation.
